💛 Our Commitment

At Home Ed With Ease, we aim to get your homeschool resources to you quickly and safely. We ship physical planners and educational tools to the UK and internationally.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

🚚 Shipping Rates & Times

UK Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
  • Carrier: Royal Mail / Parcel Force

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations:

  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-14 business days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Carrier: Royal Mail International

Note: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

UK Orders

  • No additional fees - all taxes included in your order total

International Orders

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility
  • Contact your local customs office for more information

📍 Tracking Your Order

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your parcel through the carrier's website
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

📮 Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package

You will be responsible for reshipping costs to send the order again.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
