1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Home Ed With Ease, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We offer physical planners, educational tools, and learning resources for home education families. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice
  • All orders are subject to acceptance

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (cards, Shop Pay, etc.)
  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock issues or pricing errors

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by location (UK: 3-5 business days, International: 7-14 business days)
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return items for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, planner layouts, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Home Ed With Ease and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
